To do this, I was able to group all of the Meditation techniques into three levels.
This is super important since advanced Meditation is the KEY to unlocking your ultimate happiness and the Purpose of Life.
Hello, my name is Todd Denen and I’m an expert on Meditation. I’m currently a 4th Degree or 4th Level Master and I’ve spent the last 30 years practicing the advanced Mindfulness and Meditation techniques taught to me by the 7th Level Masters of India.
IMPORTANT: All forms of Meditation can be traced back to the advanced 7th Level Yogis of India, who first discovered Meditation over 5,000 year ago.
The 7th Level or 7th Degree is the highest level of human development according to the Holy books, religions, and Saints. For example, the 7 Levels are acknowledged as the Bible’s 7 Levels of Revelation, Yoga Sutras 7 Levels of Hinduism, and the 7 Levels of Buddhism.

THE MEDITATION TEST (MINDFULNESS VS. MEDITATION)
The first thing you should know about “Meditation” is how to differentiate the Mindfulness techniques from the Meditation techniques because there definitely is a difference.
To do this, we simply look at the “purpose” of the technique and where you are directing your attention, focus, and energy.
During Mindfulness, your attention is focused OUTWARD towards your 5 senses.
For Meditation, your attention reversed and focused INWARD.
I’ll explain the significance of this shortly…
- Mindfulness – Attention Focused OUTWARD
- Meditation – Attention Focused INWARD
- Now, let’s jump into the three different levels of Meditation.
THE THREE LEVELS OF MEDITATION
“Advanced Meditation is the Ultimate Power that will Change the World.“
LEVEL 1 – MINDFULNESS (LOWEST LEVEL OF MEDITATION)
The first level of Meditation includes the Mindfulness techniques. These are the techniques that help you to focus your mind on the present moment by directing your energy and your attention OUTWARD to the five senses, like watching your breath.
The advantage of learning different Mindfulness techniques is that you can use them to properly focus your mind and body before you practice the more advanced Meditation techniques at Levels 2 – 4.
You could say Mindfulness is just like stretching your body before you go for a run or exercise. Stretching is very beneficial, but not as advantageous as having a good work out.
Therefore, Mindfulness is not as effective as the higher meditation techniques because your focus, attention, and energy are flowing OUTWARD, instead of INWARD.
Here are a few examples of Mindfulness (Focusing your attention OUTWARD):
- Listening to a Meditation App

- Relaxation
- Contemplation

LEVEL 2 – MEDITATION (NON-SPIRITUAL)
The Meditation techniques you find at Levels 2 and 3 are used to focus your attention and energy INWARD, unlike Mindfulness which directs your attention OUTWARD.
The advanced Masters say, in order to maximize your Meditation efforts, you need to learn how to overcome the distractions of the mind and body.
The only way to do this is by directing your attention INWARD.
This INWARD flow of energy is how you learn to consciously withdraw the electrical energy that supplies your five senses. Thus, freeing you from all distractions.
WARNING: Any Meditation program or teacher that claims their Meditation is “effortless” is basically teaching you Level 1 Mindfulness techniques (Lowest Level). Real Meditation requires Willpower and Focused attention.

LEVEL 3 – MEDITATION (SPIRITUAL)
The third level of Meditation is the one I first learned from the 7th Level Yogi Masters in 1991.
This is also the original Meditation technique that was discovered by the Advanced Yogis of India over 5,000 years ago.
Today, it’s called Spiritual Meditation, Meditation on God, or Advanced Meditation. However, the Masters just call it “Meditation.”
VERY IMPORTANT: Even though the Level 3 Meditation techniques are classified as being Spiritual, you can still use them for non-Spiritual purposes with great success!
Spiritual Meditation = Focused Concentration on God
