History of Meditation
Meditation was first discovered by the ancient monks (yogis) of India over 5,000 years ago (*Meditation Secrets Revealed).
In fact, the first meditation technique PREDATES Buddhism and Buddhist meditation by 2,500 years. So it was the advanced monks (yogis) of India instead of Buddha and Buddhism, that gave the world meditation.
Former Buddhist monk Chad Foreman said, “The Ultimate Buddhist Meditation (technique) STARTED IN INDIA (with the 7th level yogis) and flourished in Tibet.”
Meditation Defined
THE ORIGIN OF MEDITATION (MEDITATION ON GOD, SPIRITUAL MEDITATION)
When it was first discovered, the monks and saints (yogis) defined Meditation as “focused concentration on God.”
Today, the original meditation technique is known as Spiritual Meditation or God Meditation.
VERY IMPORTANT: All forms of “meditation” trace their roots back to the original meditation technique (Level 3 – Spiritual meditation).

TODAY’S MEDITATION (3 LEVELS OF MEDITATION)
The Meditation techniques we now use can be categorized into 3 Levels (see below).
Today’s Meditation (3 Levels of Meditation) is a scientific process you can use to improve your Physical, Mental and Spiritual health because it ACCELERATES human performance, evolution, healing, and Spiritual development (*Harvard Medical, McKinsey, U.S. Military – DARPA, Advanced Brain Monitoring, Forbes, Time, Yogananda, 7th Level Monks, etc.).
Are You A Yogi?
Many people in the West and United States confuse the meanings of the words Yoga and Yogi.
For this, we will go to an expert on both. Yogananda, who is the author of the book, Autobiography of a Yogi, said the real meaning of the word Yoga is “Union with God.” And a true Yogi is “One who strives to unite his soul with the Absolute (God).”
You could say a Yogi is like a Spiritual scientist.
A YOGI FOR ALL RELIGIONS
A Yogi can belong to any religion or none at all, can be married or single. Some people incorrectly “believe” they are a Yogi because they practice Yoga exercises.
However, Yoga exercises are a very small part of the Complete Yoga System used for Spiritual Development.
Yoga exercises were developed by the ancient Monks to strengthen the body and mind, so they could then “Meditate on God” for hours and days at a time….
So, just because you practice Yoga (exercises), does NOT make you a Yogi. Your purpose and end goal must be Spiritual development, i.e., completing the 7 Grade Levels of Revelation.

Time Spent Meditating VS. Meditation Technique
NOTE: I specifically selected this picture because it shows the hands in the correct position to MAXIMIZE your Meditations. When you extend your hands forward to your knees, there is a tendency to “slouch forward” and bend the spine which hinders your Meditations. Place each hand where your thigh meets your torso and try to “pinch” your shoulder blades together.
Many people incorrectly “believe” or teach you that it’s the amount of time (how many years) you have been meditating that’s the primary factor to improving and influencing your mind and body with meditation.
But that’s NOT true!
The advanced monks say it’s actually the “level of the meditation technique” you are practicing (Level 3) and NOT the amount of time, that’s the highest factor in determining your meditation results, see 3 Levels of Meditation diagram (*Meditation Secrets Revealed).
This is great news for everyone because with the right advanced meditation training (Level 3), you can learn how to quickly level up your results to the expert level.
For example, practicing the Level 3 meditation techniques will NOW help you to achieve in a few years what many people “believe” will take you many decades to accomplish!

3 Levels of Meditation
THE 3 LEVELS OF MEDITATION
As a meditation expert who has studied the advanced 7th level monks and their meditation lessons for the last three decades, I created the “3 Levels of Meditation” in order to clear up a lot of misinformation and confusion there is about meditation.
To do this, I was able to group ALL meditation techniques into three levels.
Now, anyone can quickly and easily determine the Level of Meditation they are practicing!
The great thing about technology is that we now have both Scientific and Spiritual evidence that allows us to RANK the level of your meditation technique and your teacher.
I created the “3 Levels of Meditation” based on:
1) THE ADVANCED MEDITATION TEACHERS – The advanced meditation lessons taught by the 7th Level Monks (*Highest Level of Human Development – ). Like Yogananda, St. Paul, St. John, Patanjali, S. Yukteswar, St. Teresa of Avila, etc.
2) THE LEVEL OF INFLUENCE – The Level at which the Meditation technique can DIRECTLY INFLUENCE your Body, Mind, and Soul. This data comes from the mountain of Scientific & Spiritual evidence on the benefits of meditation.
3) MY OWN EXPERIENCE – My 30+ Years of Level 3 Meditation Practice and Training from the 7th Level Monks.
To be very clear – ALL Levels of Meditation are extremely beneficial for your mental and physical health and wellbeing! But there is definitely a hierarchy.
I’m want to repeat this again… The LEVEL of your Meditation technique (Levels 1 – 3) is more important than the amount of TIME you spend practicing meditation!

Level 1 Meditation: Mindfulness and Meditation Apps – Lowest Level
(Non-Spiritual Techniques)
Level 1 is the lowest level of meditation. This is where you will find the Mindfulness techniques and Meditation Apps.
When you practice Mindfulness or listen to a Meditation App, you are Focusing your attention and the electrical Energy in your nervous system OUTWARD to your five senses.
Mindfulness is an important technique to learn because it helps you “to be in the here and now.”
I like Mindfulness because I tend to focus on the future, instead of appreciating what I have today and all of the blessings that I’ve received.
So Mindfulness will help you reduce “future stress” by teaching you to worry less about what you think may be coming in your future and just enjoy today – the here and now.
Also, the advanced monks say this higher level of focus and attention is very beneficial for completing your daily goals.
Mindfulness VS. Meditation
At this time, I’d like to point out the important difference between Mindfulness and Meditation (Level 1 vs. Levels 2 & 3).
During Mindfulness (Level 1), your focus and energy are directed OUTWARD to the body and your five senses.
Meditation on the other hand (Levels 2 & 3), you focus your attention and energy INWARD.
This is SIGNIFICANT because the advanced monks and saints say the fastest and best way to reach the three highest levels of human development (Purpose of Life) is by practicing the Level 3 meditation techniques.
MINDFULNESS = FOCUS OUTWARD
MEDITATION = FOCUS INWARD
MINDFULNESS – BODY SCAN TECHNIQUE
The Body Scan technique is an easy Mindfulness technique to learn. An advanced form of Body Scan is called Vipassana meditation.
The Mindfulness techniques and Meditation Apps are good for beginners and those individuals who want to practice non-spiritual meditations.
HOW TO PRACTICE BODY SCAN
1. CORRECT POSTURE – a straight spine is critical to your meditation success.
2. CORRECT FOCUS – Focus your attention at your Willpower Center which is your Single Eye. It’s the spot between your eyebrows. NOTE: Correct Posture and Focus will be explained in detail later in this lesson.
3. 20 BODY PARTS – As you Focus your attention between your eyebrows (Single Eye), you are simultaneously going to think about the feeling (sensation) in your 20 different body parts.
Start at your feet and move up to your head and then back down again. Feet, calves, thighs, buttocks, lower abdomen, middle abdomen (stomach), forearms, upper arms, chest, front of neck, sides of neck, back of neck, see diagram below.
4. PRACTICE TENSING EACH BODY PART – after feeling the sensation in each body part, practice tensing each part, individually. This is an advanced way to learn how to control the electrical energy in your nervous system. It also helps to energize and heal your body.

Level 2 Meditation: Transcendental Technique
(Non-Spiritual Techniques)
At Level 2, your Focus and Energy are now directed INWARD.
A popular method used at Level 2 is the Transcendental Meditation or TM technique.
IMPORTANT: Just like Mindfulness and Meditation Apps, the Level 2 meditation techniques are non-spiritual and not as effective as the methods we find at Level 3.
ADVANCED MEDITATION TIP
HOW TO EASILY UPGRADE YOUR TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATIONS
TM is all about the Mantra… With Transcendental meditation® (TM), you are taught to use a “secret” mantra or word to chant over and over again when you practice. They say this “secret word or mantra” has no meaning!?!
However, the advanced 7th level monks say this is NOT true!
There are NO meaningless words because every Sound produces a mental or physical VIBRATION.
For example, in the Bible we find this verse, “In the beginning was the Word (VIBRATION)” -John 1:1-3.
The advanced monks say, “The ‘Word’ here means “Vibration or Vibrating Energy” and God used the Vibrating Energy of the Holy Ghost (the Word) to manifest this Universe as a physical form. And the Holy Ghost Energy also sustains everything in our Universe, including your body (Matthew 4:4).”

HOLY GHOST MANTRA TECHNIQUE (OM, AMEN, AMIN, HUM)
IMPORTANT: You will immediately IMPROVE your meditation results by Spiritualizing your Transcendental meditations by using a “mantra” that has REAL POWER to create and manifest at the highest levels, i.e. the Holy Ghost Mantra technique.
The advanced monks say that throughout history, man has acknowledged the SOUND or VIBRATING ENERGY of the Holy Ghost.
The diagram below features several synonyms for the Holy Ghost Sound (Universal Vibrating Energy that sustains the Universe and your body – “In the beginning was the Word”). Pick the word (mantra) below that most appeals to YOU and your beliefs and use this “Superior Holy Ghost Mantra” the next time you practice TM meditation or other meditation techniques.
For example, you would mentally chant or say, “Amen, Om, Amin, or Hum” in place of your current TM mantra because it has the Highest power to influence your meditations.

Level 3 Meditation: Spiritual Meditation Techniques – Highest Level
Level 3 is the highest level of meditation according to the advanced 7th level monks and saints. The scientific evidence also supports this claim, see “Benefits of Meditation” part of this lesson.
Level 3 includes the advanced Spiritual meditation and peak performance techniques that accelerate human and spiritual development (7 Levels of Human Development).
Level 3 Spiritual Meditation, “focused concentration on God,” is the original meditation technique practiced by the ancient monks (yogis) over 5,000 years ago.
The Level 3 meditation techniques help you to highly Focus your attention and the Energy in your nervous system INWARD towards your soul and God.

ACCELERATING SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT (7 HUMAN GRADE LEVELS OF REVELATION)

Test Your Meditation Knowledge
Define Yogi, Swami, Yoga, & Meditation
Most of the definitions I see online for what is….. meditation, a yogi, a swami, and yoga are incorrect or very limited in their scope and understanding.
The definitions below come from the advanced 7th level monks, yogis, and swamis of India and not someone from the West who has read a book or two about these terms and then proclaims to understand them or be an expert.
* Yogi Defined
Any person who uses the advanced Level 3 meditation and peak performance techniques, like Gamma Fusion, to accelerate human performance, evolution, and spiritual development (7 Levels). A Yogi can belong to any religion or none at all.
A Yogi is basically a Spiritual scientist seeking to complete the 7 grade levels of human development – The Purpose of Life (Revelation 3:21, 4:1, Matthew 5:48, Genesis 1:27).
For example, if you are a Christian that wants to improve yourself spiritually and you practice the Spiritual Meditation technique I’m going to teach you later in this lesson, the advanced monks would say you are technically a Christian yogi.
* Swami Defined
A Swami belongs to the Monastic Order of India. Similar to the Catholic Christian Monastic Orders, the Swami takes formal vows of Celibacy and Renunciation of worldly ties and ambitions.
* Yoga Defined – the word Yoga actually means “Union with God.” Yoga is a complete system of teachings specifically used for spiritual development (7 Levels).
YOGA = UNION WITH GOD
Yoga exercises are a very small part of the Yoga system. The advanced monks developed the popular “yoga exercises” as a method to improve the performance of the body and mind. This way they could “Meditate on God” for hours and days at a time.
* Meditation Defined
The original meaning of the word “Meditation” is “focused concentration on God” (Spiritual Meditation). The advanced monks used the Scientific process of Spiritual Meditation to RAPIDLY ACCELERATE human performance, evolution of the brain, healing, and Spiritual development (7 Grade Levels of Human Development).

The 7th level monks say the Trinity of Hinduism is the same Trinity of Christianity.
So let’s take a look….
IMPORTANT: Christian “saints” are synonymous with Hindu “gods” (small “g”). Hinduism honors one and only one Supreme God (capital “G”).
Some of the confusion about the real Trinity of Hinduism comes from the incorrect teachings that Brahma (Creator), Vishnu (Preserver), and Shiva (Destroyer) are the Trinity. This is WRONG according to the advanced monks!
“Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva actually represent the triune function that guides the activities of Creation, Preservation, and Dissolution.” So to be very clear – Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva are NOT the Trinity of Hinduism!
The Christian & Hindu Trinity
- Father = Sat
- Son = Tat
- Holy Ghost = Om
SON OF GOD EXPLAINED (CHRISTIANITY VS. HINDUISM)
Based on the lessons from the advanced monks, the main difference between the Trinity of Christianity and Hinduism is how “Jesus and The Son of God” are current interpreted or defined.
Christians “believe” Jesus was the Son of God.
Hindus “believe” the Son of God is God’s Intelligence manifested within His Creation (Physical Level).
And that each person, has the Divine ability to TAP into that Higher Intelligence (God’s Intelligence, the Son) as they progress to the higher Spiritual Grade Levels (7 Grade Levels of Revelation). Just like on Star Wars when they Jedi are able to TAP into The Force.
It’s both God’s Intelligence (the Son) and The Holy Ghost (Om) that guides each of us back to God.
So, Christianity and Hinduism currently view the “Son of God” differently.
However, the “God and Holy Ghost” aspects of the Trinity are the same for both religions.
Two out of three ain’t bad?

REPLACING “OM” – USING AMEN, AMIN, OR HUM IN PLACE OF OM
As I explained earlier, some meditation techniques have you chant “meaningless mantras,” like Transcendental Meditation™.
While others have you chant the word “Om (Aum).”
If you follow Judaism or Christianity, I want to let you know that you can mentally or audibly chant “Amen” or “Amin” in place of “Om” and it will have the SAME result.
For Muslims, the advanced monks say you can use “Amin” and “Hum” for Tibetans.
*Om, Amen, Amin, and Hum are all synonymous for the Holy Ghost aspect of creation and the Universal Trinity – see “Universal Holy Ghost Energy” diagram.

6 Critical Steps Of Meditation
You are now going to learn how to properly use the original Meditation technique, Spiritual meditation, that’s practiced by all 7th level monks, saints, and yogis (all religions).
This Level 3 meditation technique includes the 6 critical steps that will help you maximize your results on all three Levels of Meditation!
ADVANCED MEDITATION TIP
THE TWO CRITICAL STEPS TO ADVANCED MEDITATION (LEVEL 3)
At least two of the six steps are typically missing at the two lower levels of meditation, like Mindfulness and Transcendental meditations (Levels 1 & 2). I highly recommended you incorporate these two steps into the meditation technique you are currently practicing, see below.
Spiritual Meditation Technique
Alternatives – Loving Kindness & Compassion Meditations
Spiritual Meditation, which is “focused concentration on God,” is the original meditation technique discovered by the 7th level monks (yogis) of India over 5,000 years ago. It has been passed down through the ages and this same technique practiced today by monks, saints, and yogis of all religions.
The advanced monks say Spiritual meditation is the highest technique you can use to scientifically contact and connect with God (higher power). This higher connection reflects the Purpose of Life and why we are all here right now.
Remember, “Every time you meditate deeply on God (Level 3 – Spiritual meditation), beneficial changes take place in the patterns of your brain.”
That’s because the advanced monks say your brain needs to expand and evolve for you to be able to fully express the divinity and perfection of your soul (Genesis 1:27, Matthew 5:48, Revelation 3:21, 4:1, John 14:12).
ALTERNATIVES TO SPIRITUAL MEDITATION – LOVING KINDNESS & COMPASSION MEDITATIONS
If you are not interested in Spiritual meditation or spiritual development, you can easily substitute Loving Kindness and Compassion Meditations as the focus of your meditation, instead of God. However, these meditations are not as effective as Spiritual meditation.

STEP 1
Setting Up Your Meditation Area
Selecting the right location will help you to maximize your meditations results.
Here are a few things you should consider when choosing your meditation area.
- QUIET PLACE – find a quiet place to practice 4D Meditation at home. And at work, if possible. This will help to minimize any outward distractions.
- SAME LOCATION – you want practice the 4D Meditation technique at the same location in your house and at work. This will reinforce those spaces as your private area to Meditate on God.
- INSULATE YOUR BODY FROM THE EARTH – a wool blanket placed under your entire body works to help insulate you from the Earth currents which are continuously drawing you back to the Physical Level of creation, your 5 Senses, and ego.
If you are sitting on a chair, make sure to run the wool blanket under your feet.
Obviously, sitting on a wool blanket at work may not be possible for most people but you definitely need to do this at home.
- FACE TOWARDS THE EAST – the 7th level monks say there are beneficial currents, like Spiritual Radio waves, that come to you from the East.
“Afterwards he brought me to the GATE, even the GATE that looketh toward the EAST and, behold, the GLORY of the God of Israel came from the way of the EAST.” -Ezekiel 43:1-2
If possible, always face Eastward when you are practicing any of the advanced Level 3 Meditation techniques, like 4D Meditation (Spiritual meditation), 4D Concentration, 4D Body Recharging, and 4D Brain Calibration techniques.
STEP 2
Correct Meditation Posture
During any Meditation (Levels 1 – 3), the right meditation posture, hand placement, position, and a comfortable location are all very important to your success.
1. Straight Spine (Mandatory!)
A straight Spine is critical for achieving the Higher states of Meditation (on God) and human development (7 Levels).
The Spine is the Energy Highway of the human body and a bent spine or bad posture RESTRICTS the flow of the Electric Currents traveling through your nervous system. This restriction reduces your ability to dive deep into the higher states of meditation (on God).
A straight Spine allows the Electrical Currents in your body to move freely UPWARD, along your Spine, to your Willpower Center (Christ Center, Bible’s Single Eye, 3rd Eye) located between your eyebrows.
SYNONYMS FOR YOUR WILLPOWER CENTER
Your Willpower Center is known by many names. It’s the location of the Bible’s Single Eye, Christ Center, Spiritual Eye, Eye of Intuition, Dove Descending From Heaven, 6th Philadelphia Church of Revelation, and the 6th Chakra acknowledged in Christianity, Hinduism, & Buddhism (Matthew 6:22, Luke 11:34-35, John 1:4,5,9, 3:5).
NOTE: The Advanced Lesson about your Willpower Center (Single Eye) is covered in Step 4.
2. Hand Placement
Proper hand positioning will help you keep your Spine straight. When you EXTEND your hands to the “forward” position near your knee caps (see image below), your meditation is less effective because it restricts the flow of electric energy in your body, from moving UPWARD to your Brain and to your Willpower Center (Bible’s Single Eye, 3rd Eye, Christ Center).
Instead, pull your hands back, TOWARDS your body, and place them where your legs meet your torso.
As you are doing this, try to lightly “pinch” your shoulder blades together. This will help you to keep your Spine straight. Again, the Spine is the “Energy Highway” of the body. By keeping it straight during your meditations, you are maximize the flow of electrical body currents, up to your brain, to your Willpower Center (Bible’s Single Eye, 3rd Eye, Christ Center).
This will dramatically improve your results.
3. Three Positions of Meditation
There are three different Meditation positions for you to choose from:
- SITTING MEDITATION – USING AN ARMLESS CHAIR – sit upright on an armless chair with your spine straight. Chest out, abdomen in, with your palms turned upward and placed on your lap, where your legs meet your torso. Do NOT extend your hands to your knees! This is an inferior method – see below.
The armless chair makes it possible for you to rest your hands in the right position on your lap, close to your body (where your legs meet your torso).
In this position, try to “pinch” your shoulder blades together. This will force your shoulder blades backwards and greatly improve the flow of the electric currents UPWARD to the location of your Willpower Center.
VERY IMPORTANT: Your back should never be touching or resting on the back of the chair!
- SITTING MEDITATION – CROSSED-LEGGED – sit crossed-legged with your spine straight. Chest out, abdomen in, with your hands turned upward and placed on your lap, close to your body
NOTE: I like sitting crossed-legged but my right leg falls asleep on me, so I now use the armless chair method or I lie down. Remember, do what works for YOU!
- LYING DOWN MEDITATION – you can also lie down but sometimes this will lead to a more relaxed state and it will increase your chances of falling asleep! So, it has its advantages and disadvantages.
MEDITATION EXPERT TIP
GET OFF THE DAMN GROUND!
The advanced monks actually recommend that people in the West should sit on a comfortable chair when practicing meditation, instead of sitting on the ground cross-legged. As always, do what works for YOU!
4. Make Sure You Are Comfortable
One of the secrets to improving and extending your meditations is to be comfortable. Wear loose fitting clothing and find a comfortable place to practice. Preferably an armless chair if you live in the United States.
STEP 3
Offer A Prayer To The Universe (God)
The advanced monks say the sole purpose of Spiritual meditation is to connect with God and to focus all of your attention and energy on making that higher connection.
Here is a quick prayer checklist…
- Start Your Meditation with Prayer
- Keep it Simple
- Must Be Sincere
- Not Absent-Minded
- Focus Attention At Your Willpower Center (Bible’s Single Eye – see Step 4)
First, you should always start your Meditations off by saying a prayer to God (Higher Power, Universal Source).
You can ask God for guidance and to help you with your Meditation or just offer Him some gratitude for what He has given you in life.
Second, keep it simple. Your prayers to God do not have to be complicated.
Third, your prayers must be SINCERE to get His attention.
Fourth, make sure you are not absent-minded and just going through the motion of saying a prayer.
When I find myself doing this, I quickly stop, re-focus my attention on God, and start my prayer over.
Finally, you want to FOCUS all of your attention at your Single Eye or Spiritual Eye, located between your eyebrows. This will be covered in great detail in Step 4.
If you just pray to God from your heart, you’ll be fine.
PRAYER EXAMPLES
Here are a few Prayer examples for you to use if you like. Remember, do what works for YOU!
“Heavenly Father, please help me to awaken the hidden powers of my soul.”
“Heavenly Father, please help me to express your Divine perfection that’s within me right now.”
“Heavenly Father, please guide my thoughts and actions to Thee.”
Or just say your favorite Prayer or whatever is in your heart.
Now comes Step 4…
Step 4 is very important and it separates the beginners from the Meditation Experts who understand how to correctly practice the more advanced meditation and peak performance techniques.
STEP 4
How To Properly Focus Your Attention During Meditation
(Willpower Center, 3rd Eye, & Bible’s Single Eye)
In step 4, you are going to learn how to use your Willpower Center or Single Eye during Meditation. Your Willpower Center plays a very important part in the practice of all meditation and peak performance techniques.
MEDITATION EXPERT TIP – YOUR WILLPOWER CENTER
This step is one of the MOST IMPORTANT steps of meditation – all Levels! For the Spiritual students, the advanced monks say your Willpower Center is connected by POLARITY to your Medulla Oblongata (“Mouth of God”). This is the primary location where the Holy Ghost Energy enters your body. Damage to the Medulla is usually fatal.
How To Focus Your Attention At Your Willpower Center (Between Your Eyebrows)
- FOCUS ALL OF YOUR ATTENTION AT YOUR SINGLE EYE
Lift your Eyes upward and FOCUS your attention at the SPOT located between your eyebrows. Keep your attention there during prayer and when you practice all Meditation and Peak Performance techniques.
- DO NOT CROSS YOUR EYES
Do NOT cross your eyes as you are holding them in an upward gaze, at the eyebrow position.
- CLOSED OR HALF OPENED EYELIDS ARE OK
Your eyelids can be closed or remain half opened. NOTE: I struggle to keep my eyelids closed so I just let them stay “half opened” as I’m focusing on my Single Eye. I actually didn’t realize my eyes were “half opened” during my meditations until my wife mentioned it one day. Even with them being “half opened,” it is completely dark.
Do NOT meditate with your eyes Wide open because the visual distractions limit your success and your ability to focus your mind. NOTE: Meditating with your eyes open is a Level 1 meditation method (lowest level).
The important thing is that you do what is comfortable for you – eyes closed or half open. And if you are like me, you will not even realize your eyelids are half open.
- BONUS: SEEING YOUR INNER SINGLE EYE
As you progress to the higher levels of Spiritual development (7 Levels), you will eventually see the manifestation of the Trinity at the inner location of your Single Eye (between your eyebrows). This is a white star that’s surrounded by the color blue and located in the center of a golden Halo, see diagram below.
The 5D Single Eye Technique improves your ability to see your Single Eye during your Spiritual meditations (Mediations on God) or when you close your eyes and deeply focus your attention at this spot.
ADVANCED MEDITATION SECRET: STAR IN THE EAST & THE 3 WISE MEN
The advanced monks say, the Bible’s Single Eye is the true “Star In The East” used by the three wise men to find baby Jesus (Matthew 6:22, Luke 11:34-35, John 1:4, 5, 9, 3:5).
By Meditating (on God) and focusing their attention at this location, the 3 wise men were then “guided” intuitively (Soul Intelligence) by the “Star In the East” to the location where Jesus was born.
“A physical star in the sky does not designate a specific location on earth. So the three wise men used their Inner Eye to guide them.” -7th Level Masters
The Bible’s Single Eye of Meditation
The “dot” you commonly see on the face of Buddha and many Eastern saints acknowledges the location of the Spiritual Eye (Bible Single Eye, Dove descending from Heaven, Christ Center, 3rd Eye, 6th Chakra, 6th Philadelphia Church of Revelation, etc.).
As mentioned previously, this location is also the “Single Eye” we find in Christianity (Matthew 6:22, Luke 11:34-35, John 1:4,5,9, 3:5).
For Level 2 and 3 Meditations, the goal is to draw all of the Energy in your body, UP YOUR SPINE with Willpower, and to focus it at this Holy Location (6th Chakra & 6th Church of Revelation). In doing so, you maximize your Meditations and your connection with the Universe (God, Higher Power, or whatever you want to call it).
STEP 5
Best Times To Meditate
In steps 1 – 5, you learned the advanced way to prepare your Mind and Body for Meditation (on God).
You are now ready to make the higher connection and LINK your Consciousness and Soul DIRECTLY with the Universe (God).
THE BEST TIMES TO MEDITATE
Being consistent each day will always be the best time to Meditate (on God).
Do what works for YOU!
The advanced monks and saints say early in the morning and late in the evening are the most beneficial times to Meditate (on God). They recommend the following times:
Morning – 5 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Evening – 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The morning is usually very suitable because your home and neighborhood are typically still quiet between the times of 5 a.m. to 6 a.m.
“Metaphysically, this time (early morning) is also very suitable because the rays and vibrations of the dawn are vitalizing and spiritually uplifting for the Meditator.”
At night, “Practicing your Meditations around 10 p.m. to 12 p.m. is beneficial.” -Yogananda, 7th Level Monk
When everybody is asleep and quiet in the mornings and evenings, you are able to maximize your Meditation results.
The more you practice Spiritual meditation with DEVOTION, FOCUS, and WILLPOWER, the easier it will become to enter the highest levels of meditation.
This is also how you enter the Flow state of peak performance on a consistent basis…
“You need to be like the ‘crying baby’ and don’t stop your cry for God until He responds to you!”
Never, ever give up until you receive a response from the Universe (God).
That is the dedication and perseverance (Willpower) that you need to have.
God will come to you when He knows that you are serious about finding Him. Until then, He waits patiently in the shadows for your return.
During your meditation, keep repeating, “Reveal Thyself.”
I like this approach because it’s short, simple, and effective.
LENGTH OF TIME
10 – 30 minutes per Meditation – the longer the better!
2 times each day, if possible
For the beginner, consistency is more important than the amount of time you spend meditating, so even if it’s only for 5 minutes, that’s OK when you are just starting out.
STEP 6
4D Meditation Tension Exercise
You’ve now completed Steps 1-5.
- You found a good location to regularly practice your Meditation techniques.
- Your Spine is straight
- Both hands are in the correct position (close to your body)
- You are comfortable
- You’ve offered a sincere prayer to the Universe (God)
- Your are focusing your attention at your Willpower Center (Single Eye)
Now do this…
- DEEPLY INHALE AND TENSE YOUR BODY – as you inhale deeply, tense your whole body for 2-3 seconds. Do not strain and do not tense parts that are weak or injured.
- EXHALE AND RELAX YOUR BODY – as you exhale, relax your whole body. Let the breath out of your mouth in a DOUBLE EXHALATION. It will sound like “huh, huuuuuuh.” With the second exhalation is 2-3 times longer than the first.
- DO THIS 5 TIMES
- NOW FORGET YOUR BREATH – forget your breath and let it flow naturally.
- STRAIGHTEN YOUR SPINE – if needed.
- FOCUS AT YOUR SPIRITUAL EYE – SEE STEP 4
- START MEDITATING (ON GOD)
Spiritual Meditation – Unlocking Your Superpowers
The advanced monks say the Spiritual meditation technique (original form of meditation) is the highest method you can use to scientifically unlock your God-given superpowers.
Making this higher connection reflects the Purpose of Life and why we are all here right now, i.e. to complete the 7 grade levels of human development.
Remember, “Every time you meditate deeply on God (Level 3 – Spiritual meditation), beneficial changes take place in the patterns of your brain.”
“The body of the average man is like a fifty-watt lamp, which cannot accommodate the billion watts of power roused by an excessive practice of the advanced meditation techniques (Gamma Fusion). Meditation Stacking and Advanced Meditation Cycle
For those of you ready to take your meditation game to the highest level, I’m now going to show you two advanced methods used by the meditation experts – the 7th level monks, saints, and yogis.
After the ancient monks discovered meditation, they also developed several advanced peak performance techniques that help prepare the mind and body prior to practicing Meditation (Spiritual Meditation).
It’s just like stretching your body before you go for a run or workout, but these exercises highly focus your mind so you can more easily meditate and reach the highest levels of meditations.
Meditation Stacking (Gamma Fusion)
Meditation Stacking is the KEY to maximizing your meditation results. Meditation Stacking is when you practice two or more meditation techniques at the same time, one right after the other.
For example, my daily meditation routine consists of practicing seven different Level 3 meditation techniques (4D & 5D techniques). Each technique takes between 10 – 30 minutes to complete and the entire process takes around 1 1/2 hours.
The techniques I use are the same advanced Level 3 meditation techniques used by the 7th level monks (*Highest level of human development).
My favorite time to practice is early in the morning before my family is awake and my house is still quiet.
When you are first starting out, stacking the four techniques together will dramatically improve your ability to overcome the many distractions of your mind and body. These are the “best of the best” meditation techniques according to the advanced 7th level monks.

Advanced Flow Cycle Of Meditation
If you’ve ever done any research on peak performance or you are into biohacking, you have heard about the Flow state. The Flow state of peak performance is where you feel your best and you perform at your best levels.
Michael Jordan called it, “Being in the Zone.”
The Advanced Flow Cycle of Meditation diagram shows you the process used by the 7th level monks to enter the state of peak performance (Flow state) ON DEMAND. And how to repeat it throughout your day.

Meditation Stacking – combining the right meditation together (Gamma Fusion).

Level 3 Meditation Stacking causes your brain to produce 5 of the 6 peak performance brain chemicals (Neurotransmitters), while also upgrading your brain waves to the highest Gamma brain wave level.
STEP 3 – FLOW STATE ACTIVATED
The Flow state of peak performance is activated.
STEP 4 – GOAL PHASE
Now that your mind and body are in this higher state, this is the best time to complete your daily goals.
STEP 5 – RECOVERY PHASE
During the recovery phase, your body and mind return to the normal state of living and your Gamma brain waves return to the lower Beta level.
STEP 6 – RINSE & REPEAT
Each time you want to raise your level of performance to accomplish something important, you merely rinse and repeat the by practicing the Level 3 meditation techniques again.
