Hello, my name is Todd Denen and I’m an expert on Meditation. As a 4th Level Yogi, I’ve spent the last 30 years practicing the advanced Peak Performance and Meditation techniques taught to me by the 7th Level Monks, Saints, and Yogis.

In order to bring some clarity to the Meditation industry, I wanted to give you a simple Meditation guide that helps you better understand the complete system of Meditation and how the different techniques fit together in that system.

To do this, I was able to group all of the Meditation techniques into three levels.

VERY IMPORTANT: The 3 Levels of Meditation are super important to understand because there is a significant difference in how the different mediation techniques are able to accelerate and influence healing and peak performance.

For example, the advanced monks say Level 3 Meditation is the KEY to unlocking your full potential in life (Genesis 1:27, Matthew 5:48, 6:33, Revelation 3:21, 4:1, John 14:12, etc.).

THE MEDITATION TEST (MINDFULNESS VS. MEDITATION)

The first thing you should know about “Meditation” is how to differentiate the Mindfulness techniques from the Meditation techniques because there definitely is a difference.

To do this, we simply look at the “purpose” of the technique and where you are directing your attention, focus, and energy.

During Mindfulness, your attention is focused OUTWARD towards your 5 senses.

For Meditation, your attention reverse and focused INWARD.

  1. Mindfulness – Attention Focused OUTWARD
  2. Meditation – Attention Focused INWARD
    Now, let’s jump into the four different levels of Meditation.

    3 LEVELS OF MEDITATION

    Advanced Meditation is the Ultimate Power that will Change the World.

    LEVEL 1 – MINDFULNESS & APPS (LOWEST LEVEL OF MEDITATION)

    The first level of Meditation includes the Mindfulness techniques and Meditation Apps. These are the techniques that help you to focus your mind on the present moment by directing your energy and your attention OUTWARD to the five senses, like watching your breath.

    The advantage of learning different Mindfulness techniques or using Meditation Apps is that they help you get started with Meditation and making it a daily routine in your life.

    You could say Mindfulness and Meditation Apps are similar to stretching your body before you go for a run or exercise. Stretching is very beneficial, but not as advantageous as having a good run or work out.

    Therefore, Mindfulness and Meditation Apps are not as effective as the higher meditation techniques because your focus, attention, and energy are flowing OUTWARD, instead of INWARD.

    Here are a few examples (Focusing your attention OUTWARD):

    • Listening to a Meditation App
    • Body Scan
    • Watching the breath
    • Relaxation
    • Contemplation
    • Movement

      LEVEL 2 – MEDITATION (NON-SPIRITUAL)

      The Meditation techniques we find at Levels 2 and 3, are used to focus your attention and energy INWARD.

      The advanced Masters say, in order to maximize your Meditation results, you need to learn how to overcome the distractions of the mind and body. The only way to do this is by directing your attention INWARD.

      This INWARD flow of the electrical energy in your body is how you learn to consciously withdraw the same electrical energy that supplies your five senses. Thus, freeing your Mind from all distractions.

      The advanced Meditation techniques are used to focus your attention INWARD and to help you develop your Willpower.
