Albert Einstein and Quantum Physics have both stated, there is nothing solid in our Universe.

They say, everything in this world is VIBRATING ENERGY, including your body.

To be more specific, it’s “condensed or frozen vibrating energy.”

So what is this vibrating energy?

To understand the higher science of Power Fasting and what this Vibrating Energy really is, I’ll let the 7th Level Masters explain it to you…

The Masters say, The “Vibrating Energy” discovered by Einstein, Quantum Physics, and the scientific community is the Om Energy or Holy Ghost Energy that we find in the Holy books and today’s religions.

This Om and Holy Ghost Energy is what sustains everything in our Universe.

It’s also the Universal Energy the CONVERTS everything you eat into POWER!

Without this Universal Energy, you would die.

VERY IMPORTANT: To be very clear, I’m definitely NOT pushing any religion or belief on you! I’m merely presenting the physical and spiritual science behind the theory of Power Fasting.

I understand some of you may not “believe” or agree with the spiritual science of this theory… And that’s OK – seriously! Even the advanced Saints say you should NEVER “believe” something blindly, spiritual or not!

But stay with me for just a few more minutes, please. I promise it will be well worth your time!

I’m now going to share with you the secret behind Power Fasting and how this higher science has been proven to work for thousands of years by the 7th degree Yogi Masters (*Highest Level of Human Development).

Regardless of your “beliefs,” religion, or non-religion, Gravity works whether you believe in it or not. In the same way, Power Fasting is a science you can prove works when you have an understanding of the advanced process…

To help me explain this scientific theory, we are now going to look at the hidden meaning of Matthew 4:4 and how it’s the KEY to Power Fasting and recharging your body and mind each time you Fast. Matthew 4:4 says:

So what the heck does it really mean?

I had no clue until I met the Masters… And it’s puzzled Christian scholars for hundreds of years…

Here’s the Translation from the 7th Level Masters:

“Man shall not live by BREAD (Food chemicals) alone, but by every WORD (Om, Holy Ghost Energy) which PROCEEDS (FLOWS into your body) through the MOUTH OF GOD (Medulla Oblongata at the back of your neck).” –Matthew 4:4

There are 3 parts to this verse that we are going to focus on:

1. BREAD – Man shall NOT live by BREAD alone (Food chemicals)
2. WORD – How man lives by every WORD (Om, Holy Ghost Energy)
3. MOUTH – What is the MOUTH of God and its PURPOSE (Medulla Oblongata)

What does the Bible mean when it says, “man shall not live by BREAD alone?”

The Masters say, food and medicine (“bread”) are reflections of the Matter Consciousness which dominates our current understanding of this world.

Food and medicine (“bread”) reflect the external and limited forms of energy.

They say hidden in Matthew 4:4 is the advanced form of Universal Energy that has always sustained your body.

The R5 Power Fasting Method is one of the fastest and most effective ways to tap into this Universal Energy, see below.

The next two parts of this verse have stumped Christian scholars for centuries.

What does it really mean, “To Live by every Word?”

The 7th Level Masters say, “Matthew 4:4 is telling us how man’s body-battery cannot be sustained by solid foods (“bread”) and distilled chemicals only.”

Instead, it must “Live by the Word, Om, or Holy Ghost Energy” that is all around us and sustains our bodies and this Universe.”

“It is the Word, Om, or Holy Ghost Energy which actively transforms the food (‘bread’) you eat into the ENERGY and that Universal Energy is what powers your body, making the Holy Ghost Energy the real sustainer of life.”

In this final part, you are going to learn the location and the purpose of the “Mouth of God” in Matthew 4:4.

In the third part of Matthew 4:4, it says, “PROCEEDS out of the MOUTH of God.”

What is the Mouth of God and how does the Word (Om &Holy Ghost Energy) go in or out of it?

In the diagram, you will see the location of the Mouth of God or Medulla at the back of your neck. It also shows you the location of your Willpower Center. This is the Control Center for the human body at the front of your brain.

Master Yogananda said, “The Word (Om, Holy Ghost Energy) is within and around you, recharging your body at all times.”

“When you eat food or take medicine (‘bread’), it is the Holy Ghost Energy (Om, Word) that is STIMULATED by this External method.”

“It then CONVERTS the food or medicine into ENERGY that PARTIALLY supplies your body.”

VERY IMPORTANT: The Holy Ghost Energy (Om, Word) is the REAL SOURCE of Energy that you live on.

When it is REMOVED, the result is death.

That is why putting food into a dead body will not bring it back to life. The food you eat has NO real power or energy but must be CONVERTED into energy by the Om/Holy Ghost!

Similarly, when you take medicine, it also STIMULATES the Holy Ghost Energy that’s continually flowing through your nervous system right now.

And just like food (‘bread’), it’s the Holy Ghost Energy that CONVERTS medicine and medical treatments into healing energy.

“Through VIBRATIONS of the Holy Ghost Energy (the Word, Amen, Om, Cosmic Energy), God’s Intelligence supplies your body with LIFE FORCE.”

The Masters says, “The Mouth of God or Medulla Oblongata is the ANTENNA that RECEIVES the Om/Holy Ghost Energy.”

Did you know the Medulla is the only part of the human body that cannot be operated on!

If it is ever damaged, death is certain because you are no longer able to receive the Universal Energy (Om / Holy Ghost energy) which powers and actively sustains your nervous system by converting all food, drink, & medicine (“bread”) into energy.

When a person dies, the soul leaves the physical body.

As a result, there is no longer a LINK between the physical body and the Universal Source of Energy (Holy Ghost, Om). This LINK is required to feed and energize the body each day.

It’s this Universal Energy that’s responsible for CONVERTING the properties of all lesser energy sources, like food, medicine, and electrical currents, into the higher energy that actually fuels your body or mind.

This means all external methods of recharging merely CO-OPERATE with the Universal Energy and they are powerless without it (Matthew 4:4, 7th Degree Masters).

As a result, Cryogenics is an impossible science of using external methods to reactivate a dead body. Therefore, Cryogenics will never have the ability to activate or stimulate the Universal Source of Energy (Om, Holy Ghost Energy).

Only your Willpower and your Soul have that POWER…

In this final part, I’m going to compare the amount of Universal Energy that normally enters your body and how you can significantly increase this energy by using the R5 Power Fasting Method.

Here are the main parts of Power Fasting:

1. Universal Energy (Om, Holy Ghost) – Source of Energy
2. Medulla Oblongata – Entry point of Energy into the body
3. Willpower Center – Controls the opening and closing of the Medulla.

The image below demonstrates the normal flow of Universal Energy (Om, Holy Ghost Energy) into the human body. It’s then stored at your Willpower Center and distributed down your spine and through your nervous system.

VERY IMPORTANT: ANGRY PERSON EXAMPLE

The reason an angry person has a burst of strength and energy is because their Willpower is greatly AMPLIFIED. This amplified Willpower activates the Willpower Center at the front of their brain. It then releases extra stored up energy into the body.

The Universal Energy is the “real energy” that supplies and recharges your body every second that you are alive.

In religions, the Universal Energy is called the Holy Ghost. Synonyms for the Holy Ghost are Om, Amin, Amen, and Hum.

The primary point of entry for the Universal Energy into your body is at the back of your head or neck area at the medulla oblongata. This is called the Door or Gate in the Holy books and religions…

The medulla is connected to the brain’s Control Center or Willpower center by polarity. This polarity is how the Willpower ACTIVATES and OPENS the Medulla which causes extra energy to enter your body.

In the Holy books and religions, the location of your Willpower Center is called the 3rd Eye, Bible’s single eye, Christ Center, 6th chakra, and 6th Philadelphia church of Revelation. NOTE: The Masters say the 7 Chakras of Eastern religions are the 7 Churches of Revelation and they reflect the 7 Levels of Human Development or Evolution.

Here comes the really good part of my Power Fasting Guide.

This is how you increase the flow of energy into your body when you are fasting…

First, focus your attention at your Willpower Center, between your eyebrows.

Second, with this focused attention, visualize your Willpower OPENING the “Door or Gate” of the Medulla (Mouth of God).

ADVANCED WELLNESS TIP: When you are Fasting, you are able to “repurpose” the Energy that’s normally being used for converting food to the energy. First, you are able to increase the amount of Energy in your body by consciously OPENING the Medulla Door. Second, R5 Power Fasting teaches you the advanced way to “send” all of that extra Energy to an injured or diseased body part. Therefore, speeding up the healing process.

The RED arrows in the diagram below represent:

1) Focused attention at the Willpower Center

2) The Opening of the Medulla Door with your Willpower (they are connected by Polarity)

3) The Increase of Universal Energy flowing into and throughout your body

Your Willpower is the KEY to OPENING the Medulla Door which is the primary entry point for the Universal Energy (Om, Holy Ghost Energy) to flow into your body.

Your Willpower Center is located at the front of your brain between your eyebrows.

This spot is very special in man and it’s acknowledged in the Holy books as the 3rd Eye, Bible’s Single Eye, Dove descending from Heaven, Christ Center, 6th Church of Revelation, 6th Chakra, etc. (Matthew 6:22, Luke 11:34-35).

The R5 Power Fasting Method teaches you how to Consciously use your Willpower Center to OPEN your Medulla Door (Mouth of God or “GATE”) located at the back of your neck.

“Afterwards he brought me to the GATE (Medulla Oblongata), even the GATE that looketh toward the EAST (Willpower Center, Bible’s Single Eye, 6th Chakra, 3rd Eye) and, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the EAST (East is symbolic for your Willpower Center (Bible’s Single Eye, 6th Chakra, 3rd Eye).” -Ezekiel 43:1-2
